Such an adorable restaurant!! Staff were kind and helpful, food was really good! The conveyor belt is SO COOL!!!! the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to and it was a blast! I can't wait to go back again. Also, the happy hour prices are super cheap for great food!! 10/10 would definitely recommend checking out of you have a chance
Would recommend the Orange Blossom and Spicy California rolls! Decent sushi for Bend. Conveyor belt wasn’t running on a Wednesday night around 7-8pm which was a little disappointing but understandable. Will be back to try the lunch special and hopefully the conveyor will be running! Only 4 stars since the wasabi and ginger were sitting out and looked dry/old. Fresh on the plate would have been nice.
Place was ok, seating in front of conveyor belt and booth seating available, there is also a big dining area in the back end of the place. Sushi was ok, salmon skin was cooked good and it was tasty, their rolls were also decent. Only concern was on the meat they served with the bento box, it was undercooked and we ended up not consuming it.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I ate a cooked sushi and got food poisoning. Obviously there needs to be more training. I did not like how the wasabi was just sitting out and it was dried out.
During the week for lunch is good. However, on the weekend the owners kids work as waiters and it's obvious that they do not want to be there. The food is good but the service is not. The attitude is as if they are doing you a favor. If they smiled and enjoyed serving the paying customers this sushi place would be great.
Clean restaurant, we were seated quickly, given just the right amount of time to look at the menu and the food was prepared and served perfectly. The sushi was fresh and delicious, the sashimi was very well presented, clean and fresh tasting. The staff was attentive and polite. Overall a fantastic experience I would readily recommend to anyone looking for good fresh sushi establishment.
Consistently the best sushi in town. I went to chi the other night and the order that I picked up from SORA was ten times better and at least tens dollars cheaper. The fish was generously portioned and with flavor, all the ingredients were also fresh and bright. Love this place!!!!
A restaurant is just as much about the food as it is the ambiance. While the sushi is pretty good, the atmosphere and service is extremely lacking. Our server was dismissive, walked away before we finished ordering, forgot to place all ordered items, had to seek out and ask three times for a beverage and never asked if we needed anything during our meal, and they were wearing ear buds.
We had some good salmon toro here, it’s a bit pricey just so you know. The staff were understanding when we had some issue w incorrect marked pricing but they were very polite fixing it. Very pretty artwork, staff could’ve been a little more attentive but they were polite. But again GREAT SALMON!
If you have kids, this is the place to go in Bend. My 8 year olds declared this their absolute favorite restaurant ever. Sushi is fresh and delicious- our family feasted. Reasonably priced and fun!
