Delicious tokotsu broth. Sadly, there wasn't enough broth! Wish the portion larger. The presentation and ingredients used for ramen bowls were excellent! Food came out very quickly. No wait to order. The cashier was friendly and nice. You get your own water and utensils here. They even have little pitchers you could get for your table. I would recommend it and would come again. Parking can be difficult in this area.
“…sometimes what heart know, head forget.” Mr. Miyagi Sometimes my mind can forget how much I love ramen, so thankfully “Miyagi Ramen” provided the words that my heart needed to help my mind recall how much I love ramen. You know that you’re in the right place when the smell you experience while ordering transports you to a place of bliss long before your meal arrives. The anticipation is seriously powerful! While you should absolutely come here primarily for the ramen, please don’t overlook the salad options. The “Cabbage Salad” featured a great combo of flavors accentuated masterfully by the wasabi almonds. When it comes to your ramen choices there are 4 primary options, but the staff was super flexible about permitting sub in/sub out alternatives, so customizing your order feels effortless. For this reason, and also because of the formal menu options, your Vegan pathways are numerous. I sampled the Spicy Miso Ramen and they exaggerated about the “spicy” designation in no manner. Spicy when it’s on your tongue is one thing, but still spicy by the time it hits the back of your throat is next gen hotness. Seriously, you’ll need a napkin for your mouth and some facial tissues for your runny nose! We come to Miyagi weekly. It’s over the top good, flavor profiles are amazing. Hard to believe they get the amount of flavors out of the food here. They had me at pork belly. Adam and the crew do a great job - everyone is super friendly and make you feel welcome!
Forgot about our order and we waited 30 minutes like idiots. Not a place to go to if you are expecting authentic Japanese Ramen. Broth, egg, and side veggies. Also only two small pieces of short rib Tip is prepaid, so be mindful of how much you really want to pay for.
Vegan smoked shiitake mushroom ramen is AMAZING! They even had gluten free noodles for me. We're in Bend for a week and this is where we went to dinner our first two nights! Highly recommend!!
This place is excellent. Tonkotsu broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, and the miso broth is spicy and a perfect host to the rest of the ramen ingredients. Atmosphere is bustling and seating is somewhat tight at times.
As an Asian, I am so relieved to have a hot hearty bowl of ramen in such cooling weather. I wasn't expecting much but oh WOW! The broth was so satisfying and the ramen was in fact authentic and very flavourful!!! But I was most impressed by the charsiew pork! charred crispy on the outside but still tender and yummy!!! Ohhh pls also try the yakibeef on the stick!
Visited this place over the Labor Day Weekend and had the delicious vegan ramen and the steamed buns with mushrooms. The place was an absolute delight and certainly not let down. The broth was rich and spicy! The crispy mushrooms and the buns with the perfect combination of sauce made it easy to slurp down one’s throat. Would definitely recommend everyone to come and dine here.
Really yummy ramen but don’t ask for any customizations bean sprouts on side or sauce on the side because they won’t do it properly. Very loud music and bussed my own table. Overall pretty good food and lively atmosphere. Workers were all nice. I do suggest the spicy miso ramen, very good. Rice bowls aren’t really worth it, little too much rice for my liking. Very large portions!
The broth was fantastic could be a tad hotter...the service was exceptional. During such hard times for the service industry we were blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff were. I got back into line out the door to order a beer and steamed buns when a staff member walked up to me and said he can add them to my order that was already closed out...saving me the wait...incredible.
