Often mess up orders or are terribly slow. Most of the workers are polite. Better management and a consistent staff would help

The new touchscreen ordering system works great, much better hearing the order than the old system.

It's been years since I'd eaten at a Sonic so after a pool party with the small person(toddler), we decided to get dinner and some ice cream. First: wait time IS long here. Reading through the other reviews that seems to be the most common complaint. From the time I ordered to the time the food arrived was just over 18 minutes. My wife took our son in to use the restroom and was very disappointed in how unclean it was and even how bad the indoor dining area smelled. Our food came out as ordered but wasn't as hot as we'd expect from a "fast food" business. That being said, the food was good, just not great. I counted 4 vehicle stalls out of order or missing the entire menu board. It's a shame this place has taken such a dive in quality. The management/owners should really pay attention to these reviews and take steps to make this place great again. Or shut it down and save customers from further poor experiences.

This was the first Sonic that I have been to that has an area to go inside and have your meal!! It was nice be able to have that choice! My grandson Everett said this is the best sonic EvEr! Thank you for the great experience...

The corn dog was cold and soggy and the coconut pie shake had very little taste and the service was extremely slow
