Yesterday 07/31 my wife and I went to our local sonic to get cold drinks and a sonic blast. Order took over 25min to arrive. When my wife looked at her Sonic blast she realized there were stickers on the bottom of the cup and that the cup was leaking ice-cream all over the seat and the cup holder. I peeled one of the stickers off and the cup was SPLIT completly across the bottom!!! This means an employee KNEW the cup was busted and instead of getting a new cup or just putting another cup over the bused one. They tried to COVER IT UP and sent it out anyway. So I went to the door and showed the cup to the employee, she stated she would get the manager, cause she couldnt just give us another cup.. REALLY. So the manager shows up and this is where things took a turn for the obserd. WIth a very RUDE tone she ask "Whats the problem?" I showed her the cup and her response was " DO you want your food on time or not!" I said, cant you atleast put it in another cup? "She said "NO we don't do that!!! HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!" She then turns around and slams the door...She was the evening manager that night and I beleive her name is Alize. This is not the first time I have had a rude response from this manager, about a year ago she was allowing some of her "friends" to blast base music in the parking lot. She was very rude then as well.. While I was there a group admitted they had waited an HOUR for thier food...Place is going to hell and I suspect she may be one fo the main reasons.
Just a quick drive through experience for a couple of cones. The person at the window asked us to wait while she remade one of the cones because it was leaning too much. She was worried it would make a mess. Very nice consideration on her part. I appreciated it Parking: You can use the spots designated for food delivery or any of the spots available in the shopping complex parking lot. Plenty of room.
Service has been average compared to other big chain fast food restaurants in town. Food has consistantly been almost inedible. Chicken here generally gets served raw so we tried hamburgers this time. Everything we were served last night tasted like it has been past its expiration date for awhile. Prices too high for this experience.
Ordered a coke zero add cherry they gave me a sprit. I told them that it was a sprite and there isn't any way to be a Coke and the girl said well you did add cherry I told her a shouldn't it be dark because it's still a Coke and she just looked at me like I was dumb so I went to a different restaurant in town and got an actual one and obviously it was a sprite not to mention it tastes like sprite. the red drink in the picture is what sonic gave me and the 2nd is what Is what I ordered at the 2nd restaurant which you could tell is an obvious Coke I don't know why she thought she could try to convince me cherry would make a Coco clear I know what Coke looks like.
Good fast food. AWESOME customer service! I never tip at fast food places, but I did here because of the extreme level of customer service.
*PLEASE read all of this unbiased review and see the photos attached. Friendly employees & great food but the building has been in considerable dis-repair for many years. That's no exaggeration, literally YEARS. We've lived in the area for over 15 years and the damage to the building has been like this most of those years. Photo's don't lie... please see photos attached. 1. There are at least 3 areas of the building where vehicles have hit it and cause considerable damage. Wires are even 'hanging out' in one area of damage. Ownership of a property like this includes insurance which easily covers such incidences. So hello?.... why is the damage there literally between 5 to 10 years later?? 2. The drive up order menu and speaker are ridiculously old and literally falling apart, yes... FALLING APART. There is actually TAPE holding parts of the menu sign together and some of the tape is not even holding and flops around in the wind yes seriously!. The speaker box has missing/worn off verbiage and appears to missing parts and the employees often have a hard time hearing what you say. 3. Drive up menu boards until just this past week were in decrepit shape and 3 menu boards got in such bad shape were just removed completely and never replaced for years. REALLY?? It's what a customer pulls up to and sees to order! More tape trying to hold parts together and missing or literally falling apart pieces. 4. All concrete areas are heavily stained from use over the years and have obviously never been maintained. 5. All painted surfaces poles, doors, etc... are faded and/or filthy and have obviously never been updated or maintained. **Whomever the owner of this property is, should be ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. The owner is quite clearly just sitting back and enjoying his/her income and has ABSOLUTELY NO PRIDE of ownership in the Emmett Sonic property. ****Sonic the company NOT the Emmett franchisee has made a very recent improvement of all new POS system, provided by MICROS, as well as what it’s calling a new “Point of Personalized” service feature to all Sonic's across the nation. This was put in place by the Company NOT by the Emmett building's owner/franchisee. So, in other words, the only improvement to this property over the past 10 or more years was NOT because the owner wanted to do it. This is a POOR EXAMPLE of a franchisee restaurant!
They never add marinara with the mozz sticks when ordering online, there’s no option to add marinara because it is already added when ordering mozz sticks according to the app. The mozz sticks are better with marinara. Please start adding marinara with mozz stick online orders if it’s supposed to automatically come with it.
Very popular stop for the younger crowd. They are quick in making your order and very few times are there mistakes. Located next to Albertsons for easy access.
This place has the worse customer service in town. Twenty minutes waiting for two shakes that were melted by the time I received them. I should know better when all you see is kids in there playing with their phones.
I love coming to sonic when I visit as there isn't one back home in Maine. The ocean water is my favorite drink and you can't go wrong with a chili coney dog or hamburger!Food: 5/5
