Food was good, but the service was not. I had ordered for my kiddo and he decided he didn't want arctic circle, so I told the gal we didn't want the 2 cheeseburger meal and she smirked, told me to hold on while she conversed with another gal who came to the window asked me which meal I didn't want and then closed the window. There was no " hold please", or " thank you for letting us know"... just straight up rude!
It might cost a little more, and take a little longer, but it's worth it to get consistantly good, fresh food with consistantly friendly and professional customer service that gets your order right. Some of the other places in town could learn a lesson or two. Thanks Emmett Arctic Circle!
Pastrami burger did not have actual fresh pastrami. It had 2 pieces of what looked like the pastrami lunch meat. The girl working drive thru was rushing my order. At the window she was overly nice. I understand being short staffed and overwhelmed running drive thru but be nice all the way thru the experience.Food: 2/5

I just got their regular angus double cheeseburger. I'm not a big mayonnaise guy and this burger had way too much mayonnaise on it. I could deal with some but not that much. My wife on the other hand loved her halibut shrimp and fries they accidentally or idk on purpose gave her an extra piece of halibut. If you're looking for a place to eat nearby I'd check this place out.
We were visiting Emmett and realized the Arctic Circle was a couple blocks away from where we were staying, so decided we would take an evening walk to get an ice cream cone. We got there, only to realize the dining room was closed. We walked back, got our vehicle and went to the drive thru. We were "greeted" at the speaker by a woman who was irritable at best. We ordered our cones and were told the cones we wanted weren't available because they were getting ready to close. We asked if any ice cream was still available, to which she gave us our options, followed by "and that's IT. And we close in 2 minutes, so hurry up." We placed our order into the speaker and received an audible sigh in response, followed by our order total. Pulling forward to the window, we received no pleasantries, just a request for the total due. When she brought our two cones to us, she said nothing, just slamming the window closed after shoving cones in my husband's hands. I have had many instances of poor service but never as disrespectful as this. I was blown away!
Okay okay, this place gets four stars not only because of how good the food is, but also the customer service. I was given a messed up order and was treated to a free meal to make up for it. Not a lot of places do that anymore which is a shame, the customer is always supposed to be right. In my wheelchair it's a little challenging to get in the door but again, the customer service of this place is great, usually an employee will open the door for me when they see me. Note to McDonald's, you could learn something here and move up to four stars The prices are a little high on some items but I can't complain when the food tastes so good. Definitely worth eating here if you want a meal of good old Americana fast food.
We have lived in Emmett now for 1 1/2 years. Even though we lived only 8 miles from Emmett for the past 16 years we rarely came here to to eat. After checking out a few places we became very fond of the staff at the Artic Circle, therefore they became our primary destination for a quick meal. I know the attrition at fast food restaurants is high but typically teaching the culture is the number one priority for owners and managers. The last several times we have been there almost always later in the evening we have noticed an obvious change in the staff. The kindness, generosity, and small town feel is seemingly a thing of the past and has caused us to simply drive away more than once. I am hoping the owners will have the opportunity to read this review, I would challenge them to travel through the drive through as well one evening and judge for themselves if they would rate the experience higher than one star. We would love to support them, however there are others that have now earned our business. This new evening staff needs to understand the importance of great customer service.
Food is always good and I mean always! I've never had a bad meal here had meals I didn't care for but even they tasted good. I absolutely love that I can get a side salad with my meal instead of fries or some other fries food. And the staff is always kind and courteous even when obviously wore out and overwhelmed with patrons.
