Solon is the BEST Langley realtor we have had the pleasure of working with! We know he is quite busy and has many clients, but he always made himself available for our schedule. He was patient, mostly with us trying to figure out what we wanted...but at the end of it all, he helped us make that decision, and we found our perfect place quite quickly. He also has a very good idea of the real estate market and provided us with excellent advice when it came to making offers. Solon definitely looks out for the better interest of his clients and we felt extremely comfortable working with him. Absolutely fantastic Realtor. We just got married, new to Canada/Vancouver and are first time home buyers. Luckily, we found Solon, he was patient, professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. Solon held our hand throughout the entire process and made sure we were getting everything we need. He always gave us all the information we needed in no time. In the end we were able to find the exact Langley property we were looking for and make the purchase. We are extremely happy with Solon's work and definitely will hire his services in the future if needed.

Solon's extensive network allowed him to know which building to steer clear of and which ones to jump on right away. We snapped up my current apartment before it went on the market for a great price.
