One Percent Realty Maple Ridge - Save With John & Dave

We are in the middle of the most horrific real estate transaction of our life with John Carlson. If I could give a minus number review I would. One star is being extremely generous. He does not pay attention to details, made numerous errors throughout our listing process, treated us with utter disrespect, and does not even stand behind his 1% model. He wanted us to cave and grant full commission to the buyers agent, just so he would not lose the sale. I have a list of grievances a mile long. The worst though is a grievous error in the administration of his duties that has cost us lost nights sleep, extra work for our lawyer and potentially money off the selling price, all because he attached the wrong disclosure document to the sales contract. At the very least, we should expect those admin details to be done right by someone who is supposed to be experienced, regardless of how much commission they're getting. The worst part is he has refused to own up to this error, and has washed his hands of us (we're yet to close on our sale)! I do not recommend this realtor. Seller beware!

I had a great experience. My property was sold quickly, and I saved a bunch of money on commissions compared to what someone else quoted me. Fantastic service. I'd highly recommend these guys!
