I’ve been to this place multiple times and the service is always horrible. They will give you lukewarm water, when you ask for your meal or drink to be fixed they will give attitude. They never check up on you to see how everything is doing. We needed forks one time for our meal and we had to go and find someone because they weren’t anywhere near for a very long time. The food is delicious, but the service can definitely be improved and I’m sure many others can agree with me on this.
Ordered three rolls ahead of opening for pick up that afternoon. I selected brown rice for two of the rolls. They called when they opened and told me they didn't have brown rice - I said no problem, white is fine. When I got there, they gave me a free California roll to make up for there no being brown rice. The dynamite and California rolls were delicious, and i appreciated their customer service.
Great service and food. The food came quickly, the tempura was hot and crunchy. The rolls were fresh and very tasty. I especially liked the Golden Dragon Roll and the seasonal Mango Roll. I was surprised by the wide variety on the menu, and I'm definitely going to return to try more. The tempura dishes were larger than expected, and great to share.
I paid $140 just for this small amount of food. I thought this is enough for 4 people based on the menu descriptions, turned out almost like 1 person meal. Very disappointed. I gave them a call multiple times but they never answered the phone and it went straight to the voice mail. They never gave us a call back of course. Please don't go to this restaurant to get ripped off.
Ordered the night before for a 1pm pick up today and is already been paid for as well so there is no hassle. Went to the restaurant and Staff told me they haven’t made it yet, and it will be another 20mins wait. Gave an excuse about the night staff not telling them about it, and on the other hand I get multiple emails, and texts about my order and pick up time. Reminding me not to be late, and yet I still got there on time, but my order is not even ready. Very disappointed.
I was very disappointed that they felt that they weren’t accountable at all when Skip the dish didn’t arrive for my delivery and I ended up picking it up myself. The food was very unpleasant because it was cold and sitting there for at least 1hr and 1/2. This is out of their control, but even a free pop for my troubles would of been kind. Since we spend more than $75.00 on this meal.
Great food, you won't like it if you're one of those 5 guys with fries people.
I was here visiting and me and my friends decided to come and tried this restaurant and food was ok but Customer service is absolutely ridiculous. We came and waitress took us to the table and give us menu ask for our order gave our order. After order she never came back to us and ask for anything there was only us in the restaurant and there was 2 other tables group of 3 people and the next table is group or 2 and there was 4 of us. Not a smile or not asked us about the meal even we were leaving nothing. Customer service should not be like that. I understand if she was not confident of her english but atleast smile. Will never come back because of the ambiance and customer service. Maybe we came on a bad day but not an excuse of a horrible customer service
Food is awesome, but service is atrocious due to them always short staffed. Tonight, I decided to pick up my order. I arrive before 2 skip the dishes drivers. Guess who was greeted and served last me even though my meal was the only one that was ready to go in a bag sitting on the counter in front of the sushi chef when I walked in! Just ridiculous.
