I went in there expecting the buckle on my leather rucksack to be an easy fix, as it turns out he didn't have the hardware big enough for the job. After some back and forth discussion we decided to improvise and i'm very happy with the job he did. Very friendly, old fashion service.

I brought a pair of combat boots in for repair. They zip in the back and the strip of fabric that covered the zipper to protect your ankle from getting rubbed/cut had gotten stuck in the zipper so it had to be torn out. I just wanted that replaced. The man working here looked at the shoe for about two seconds before denying me service. Said there was nothing he could do. He didn't even try to help. Very rude. Never going back.
