Terrible, bought a fresh new tube for 9 dollars and little did I know had a hole in it, they were very rude about it and didn't do anything. Terrible customer service. Thanks for ruining a kids day Key Cycle.

My back breaks had stopped working yesterday and the cord seemed to have been super loose. My bike is a big means of my transportation to get around. With out it, I have to walk an awful lot in my day, aside from my already very busy manual labor job. I took my bike down to Key Cycle thinking I would have to leave it there for a day or more to have fixed and have to pay an extra bill. The Man working there came out to look at it and fixed it in 2 seconds :) Free of charge. The break line had just fallen out of it's track but me knowing nothing about bikes had no idea what was wrong with it. He saved me a lot of extra energy I didn't have to spend during my already very long days. Thanks guys.
