I will drive from Edmonton just to shop here! Did not have the shoes in my size BUT very helpful and told me how to find them myself. Will be back! So many awesome styles not available anywhere else and knowledgeable staff!!! Excellent! You will NOT be disappointed.
First time in the store yesterday morning. Went for replacement shoe laces. Found store by Google search. As soon as I walked in I knew this was not your typical shoe store well yes - there still are 4 styles of ladies for every 1 style for men. The brands, Ecco, Clark’s, Birkenstock to name a few. And lots of styles within the varied brands. Karen was great. I have terrible feet - narrow and must be able to remove foot bed to insert custom orthotics. We found a great pair of Clark’s dress shoes. Wore them last night to a special event honouring long time - now retired - MP. Lots of standing and yacking - and they were so comfortable! This place is such a gem - I’m surprised they don’t sell jewelry!
We live outside of Camrose, about an hour drive. Sole City is definitely one if those names that you hear people talk about from the city to small towns. Great selection-- even for men! Nice to see a footwear store carry top quality brands in such a decent size location.
A one stop shop, love having a variety of great quality shoes in one place! Worth the drive and a great experience!

I recently purchased a fantastic pair of heels from Sole City Shoes. They have an abundance of shoes to choose from, friendly service when I called to inquire about colour options, and when the shoes arrived, they even included a thoughtful photo of my new shoes with a hand-written note! Awesome service and products - I will be a repeat customer!

Great experience with this store. I bought a pair of shoes about a year ago and the bottom of the shoe just cracked. I wasn't hoping for any refund or exchange, but this guys were fantastic, they offered me in store credit. And I bought another pair of shoes with that credit. This store really cares about their customers. Thanks to all the amazing girls who work there. You are the best.
Bought a pair of red wing work boots and they didn’t fit very well after a day of use. Left a few marks on ankle. Sole city dealt with the issue promptly and will exchange work boots for a different style with no questions asked. Great customer service and glad to supposed a local retailer.
I came in looking for dress shoes for work and Jamey was incredibly helpful and brought me multiple pairs to try. I ended up buying 2 pairs and was blown away by her customer service! She listened to me and found a few pairs that worked for my fussy feet! I also mentioned that I will be needing comfortable winter boots for dog walking and again she knew exactly the pair that would work for me. I will be back in to purchase winter boots in a month or so. I do not live in Camrose but this level of customer service and selection is well worth the drive. I am so impressed!! This will be my go to place for footwear for my family Thank you!!!
