Quilting From the Heart was opened in 2000 by Ardelle and Roger Kerr. We are located in Camrose, Alberta , about 1 hour southeast of Edmonton. We have a wide selection of fine cotton fabrics, books, patterns, notions, thread, and kits.

Story

Quilting from the Heart carries 3000+ bolts of quality quilting cotton, quilting books, quilting patterns, quilting tools and a large selection of thread. We are a newly certified shop for Judy Neimeyer Quilting. Known for its friendly staff and the excellent help offered in picking fabrics for customer projects. The store features high ceilings and full spectrum lighting for ease in choosing fabrics. Our classroom is large and well lit. Each student works at her own table!

Friendly owner that gave good practical advice. He has quite a lot of fabric to pick from in various styles and colors. I love modern, minimalist patterns which I do find hard to find at times, but he had enough to choose from that I took awhile to browse. I enjoyed seeing his quilt collection and he even showed me his first quilt he ever made. I would recommend coming here.

I love this store! The staff are very knowledgeable and help with everything you could need! They have classes which I unfortunately have never been able to attend but would in a heart beat if I had the time and lived closer. I bought my Pfaff sewing machine from them a couple years ago and they were great in helping me decided on which machine best suited my needs! They also have a great selection of fabrics!

As a younger quilter I enjoy the contemporary fabric this store has to offer. I wish I lived closer to join in some of their classes. Or maybe they could consider opening up a leduc location??

Went to a great Judy Neimeyer club today at QFTH. Roger is the most patient man I know. Love the store, I always have a good time when I am there and leave in such a good mood!

Excellent selection of modern and batik fabrics. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Quilting From the Heart also offers many classes that I have taken which were superb.
