The place was clean and the beds were comfy! My biggest complaint is that the elevator was down and no one seemed to have an answer to when it would be back and running. Normally, not an issue, but I was dealing with a torn ACL, in a knee brace with crutches. We also have a dog who has had 2 back surgeries and can not do stairs, so my husband had to carry him up and down. Not to mention our two over packed suitcases, cooler, dog crates, and everything else we had. For a resort this big, parts should have been on hand, or expedited. We were not even given an option to use a device elevator. Very, very disappointing.nWe were here for over a week and had to keep food and such on the counters because of limited cupboard space that was full of dishes. It would have been nice for one empty cupboard to place our items, so the place would have looked a little neater.nAs others mentioned, for the price, things were outdated. Our A/C went out and the service guy said these units are old and obsolete.
I wish I did more research leading up to this. All in all it’s not a terrible place but it is dated.nVery expensive for what you’re getting. I would’ve personally chosen another accommodation for my wedding week. The rooms are dark and dated. The wine fridge doesn’t work. Elevator near parking garage didn’t work. Microwave doesn’t work. The faucet leaks. The carpets are old and stained. The toilet is too long for the door and doesn’t shut without force. The door handle for the refrigerator is missing.nHowever customer service has been okay and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. And that goes a long way. In room laundry is also a huge plus.nnUPDATE: Laundry does not work in our room.
We booked the premium 2-bedroom suite, and while the views from our balcony were great, the overall maintenance left much to be desired. Although things seemed alright when we first arrived, our last evening was marred by a ceiling leak in the closet that soaked our clothes.nnIf you prioritize a good pool experience, I wouldn't recommend this location. The pool and hot tub were poorly maintained, with the pool being disappointingly small.nnDuring our stay, we interacted with three different receptionists. Unfortunately, two of them were completely unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting us. Thankfully, Ivy was able to help with our room change, but the other two staff members appeared either untrained or unwilling to assist, which was frustrating.nnOverall, the building requires significant maintenance and upkeep. With improvements to the pool area and the addition of room service, this place could potentially be a nice resort.
Everything was ok just house keeping service is 3 rd day after your arrival or on your request, we got once in our 7 days stay, and ok with that rule. But not satisfied with cleaning- washrooms were same, bedsheets wasn’t changed. They just made beds, gave towels and change garbage. Floor wasn’t clean and all the surface of kitchen was as it is. Not happy with their house keeping. I rather choose to stay in motel, hotel instead resort as in exploring new places didn’t get a chance to use any amenities.
I think in general the stay was nice! We did the 3 bed premium view suite. The rooms were bigger than the pictures show, water temp was good, stocked kitchen, large living room. The only downside was that the grill was a little gross, could've been cleaned better. You definitely get what you pay for here, it's not crazy luxurious but it's convenient, good for a group and includes 1 parking spot. There's a market on the first floor that sells coffee and charcuterie boards as well as other snacks and goods. If you're looking for an actual resort this isn't the place - it feels more like an Airbnb/vrbo but with a fancy website.
