Paradise Resort Club

DO NOT stay in this horrid resort! I would rate this resort a minus! It’s the worst experience we have had in ages. The resort is dirty, sheets are dirty, furniture is broken, the sofa beds have springs popping out, there’s no hot water in the showers and the management is garbage! We wanted to cut our stay short and they didn’t agree to refunding us. I would not recommend this resort to anyone! It’s a waste of money!! 👎🏼👎🏼

Worst place I have ever stayed in, and I have spent an entire summer staying in different hotels due to the nature of my previous job, and I never wrote one review about a hotel because most of them were decent, but now I feel I am obligated to let people know about this so they could spend their money somewhere else, it’s unbelievable! There was no heat working for two nights and -30 C ! I can’t believe this is happening in what we call first world country. AVOID STAYING IN THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

Poor customer experience! Didnt even clean our room in our 2 night stay, cleaning lady said there was a do not disturb sign, where our room didnt even have a do not disturb sign in the first place. View is decent and pool is above average, would use the money on other hotels, not here!

Been here an hour and so far would not recommend it to ANYONE! Checked into a unit and there's dirty diapers in the garbages from the last guest called the front desk and they can't do anything about it till tomorrow morning so guess we get to stay in a unit that smells like diapers all day/night because the housekeepers have gone home. Doesn't seem to matter they didn't clean the room properly in the first place. Do not stay here they don't care. This is ridiculous. Looking forward to the next 3 nights. They did come shortly after this review and remove the garbage as well as clean the sticky phone that we found after the review. Other than the issues as above the suite is nice and the pool is also nice. The tiles in the pool are pottery slippery but the indoor/outdoor hot tub is great to sit in.

Just returned from a week at Paradise Resort Canmore Alberta. Had a terrific time. Loved the area the scenery was breathtaking. Would like to say thank you to the staff at Paradise Resort for making our stay very enjoyable. Our suite was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive. Thank you all for making this a very memorable vacation. I would recommend Paradise Resort to all kinds of travelers wither you are a young family, adult travelers without children or seniors. Go try it you won't be disappointed.
