I have been the recipient of several lovely arrangements from Soderberg's, so when we were looking for a florist for centerpieces for our annual gala we reached out. They did not disappoint - the arrangements were stunning and really tied the room together. In addition to that, they were absolutely wonderful to work with, which is so important for an event when there are so many elements happening. We will be utilizing them again for our gala this year!

These guys have a huge selection. Today was my second time here... Both last minute needs for flowers. Even when I came late minute on Valentine's Day they had a wide selection. Good prices, good people.

Customer service was lacking. The employees making the flower arrangements in the back were friendlier and more accommodating then the lady at the counter. Over $350 of floral arrangements arrived late to my mother’s funeral. Was put on hold for over 5 min when inquiring about the status of the late arrangements. When they did arrive some of the flowers and roses were wilted. Wilted roses don’t look the best on a tribute piece from the grandkids. They charged $5 for a customer ribbon, that’s $5 per word. Could barely read the gold lettering on the ribbons. Called about wilted flowers was told that they were really busy and that they’d be in contact. A month later, still haven’t received a call. The delivery man was very nice and understanding. Won’t use them again.

Eva was very helpful & enthusiastic to help me with my order! She accommodated my request & was professional & polite. The website is easy to navigate & I was able to find many options for the birthday arrangement I ordered. It was hard to chose! Thank you so much! Cheers!

This place is very customer-oriented I wanted to get a half a dozen roses for 40 some dollars and they told me about a better deal that would save me money and get me more (short-stem) roses instead. They just knew that I wanted nice roses and that I didn’t care about the length of the stem...haha. This really speaks to the old adage of what the customer actually wants which is refreshing in today’s upselling world... go support them!
