Cardell Florists is a locally owned business that has been proudly serving the city of Crystal, MN, along with many surrounding Minnesota suburbs since 1968. We deliver everywhere in the Twin Cities area with anything from beautiful bouquets to fresh plants. We work hard to make sure our customers are our top priority. Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers you arranged for my Aunt this week. I was so worried about getting the flowers to her, but she told me when you delivered them, you went inside and set them up for her. This is such an unexpected, lovely gesture and so appreciated. For an able bodied person, it's an action we don't even think about. But my Aunt is 86 and just recently fell and hurt her shoulder. It meant so much to her- and me- that you would go inside her home and unwrap the flowers. I'm so glad I found you, and will give you my business from now on. Sincerely, LPeterson

Ours son’s florist for his wedding disappeared one week before their wedding. I went to Cardell’s to see if there was any way they could do the flowers with such short notice. They absolutely did! Jill was gracious and wonderful. The flowers were spectacular. It’s also nice to support an independent business. I will use them for all our floral needs from now on.

Service was great, and flowers were beautiful. I called at 8:30 in the morning to order a custom arrangement for a 10:45 am pick up. “No problem!” I asked for a purple, white, and pink arrangement with no- and low-scent flowers for my mom’s birthday. They gave me a huge vase filled with pink roses, calla lilies, purple tulips, purple and white stock, and tons of cedar and fern greens. Couldn’t have been easier, and Mom absolutely loved it!

The sympathy flowers I received are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for putting a smile on my face and making my office smell amazing too!

Order flowers around 2 pm, got a call a few minutes later from them stating they don't have the flowers I wanted in the basket, not real excited about that, I said OK, then they said when did you want them delivered? I clearly put the date on the website, well, they said all deliveries are out for today, so I said, OK, go ahead and cancel the order. Then she said I don't know if I can do it on my end. REALLY? Don't advertise same day delivery if you can't do it. Or at least warn someone, hey, you might need to order by this time to get same day. last time I use this "Florist!"
