Social Security Administration

Called 5 times this morning and each time the phone call was picked up, but then disconnected. Two times I heard personal conversations with what seemed like an employee and perhaps someone in their family making plans for child pick ups. I could understand if this happened once, but 5 times! Can one give 0 stars???

I have had good experiences every time I have to call the Batavia office. I am glad Mark is the one who took my call today. He is so polite, patient, professional, yet friendly. Strong in job knowledge and you can hear in his tone, he enjoys what he does. Thank you, and thank you again Mark for providing me, World Class Service.

Any & All of these offices are terrible. Playing phone tag , waiting forever . Trying to get an answer from someone about receiving help is a joke!! They say there understaffed resulting in missing paperwork not knowing the correct answer. . Just tired of the government not doing the fãẅćķing job. It's bs. Do better!!!

Ok so if you’re tired of the 120 min wait time thru Monroe.County Social Security website. Genesee county is the way to go. Just for S&G I called figuring what do I got to lose. Bam, called and someone answered within a minute an agent took care of my question. Amazing.. there really is customer service left in this world. God bless

Today I had a phone conference with Mark from the SS Batavia office. He was very thorough in explaining my options for which to apply for widow's benefits. He completed my application and it couldn't have been easier. He was very helpful, patient and so easy to talk to. Mark is a wonderful representative of SSA and I would recommend anyone needing assistance to work with him.
