Despite north Adams having awful mayors, the clerks at town hall are friendly, professional, and usually on top of their game in terms of having the information you need to get parking passes, pay fines and excise taxes, ect... No one likes having to pay these basic fees but the people who work there are pretty nice and know what they are doing...call during office hours and don't be rude. This review is based on the service provided by the people working the office and not a review of the local government itself.
Run by one of the worst Mayors of all time.
