Compared with the site at Langelier, here it is good enough. Coming at 10am without appointment and I got service after two hours waiting. Efficient and friendly though in a small room.nAccidentally, three months later I came here again. I am very lucky to make an appointment online at this time. I didn't fill the form correctly. The lady was very kind to give me the time to correct it. Everything was done in 15 minutes.
Relatively quick service, and got the job done, unlike other locations I've been to. No seating however while waiting.
To have an appointment is somehow very difficult, and if you go to make the line without an appointment is even worse. But once inside, the service is quite fast.
