Sobeys Pharmacy Simcoe

I had a very upsetting experience at this Sobey's store this week. After six employees in a row one with his mask under his nose went through the aisles against the direction of the arrows, I asked to see the manager. A man came out and introduced himself as one of the managers. He confirmed that only the shoppers had to follow the rules; not the employees although there were constant P.A. announcement to keep six feet apart. He said that his priority was to get shelves stocked quickly and he asked me if this was not my priority as well . I answered that my priority was to stay healthy and alive, that it was more important than finding an item on the shelf. And after sacrifices for more than a year, I certainly do not want to endanger myself because young men who, at most, have had one shot, have been told by their manager that they can disregard safety measures. There was no apology from the manager; on the contrary, he felt he was perfectly in his right to disregard safety measures. I, too,am in my right not to shop here anymore. But should this manager be in charge if he cannot stock shelves in a safe way?

Purchased a product from the pharmacy on March 20th at a cost of $32.97. Decided to return the unopened product which did not need refrigeration or any specific type of storage on April 5th. Was told that they do NOT accept returns even though the pharmacist made no mention of it at the time of sale. The receipt also makes no mention of not being able to return the product. What gives...maybe best to shop elsewhere!!!

Got black forest ham and was such low quality it insulted the name a loonies size hard chunk in the middle of each slice. No good for a sandwich
