After surgery my surgeon recommended this special spray for my scar. I phoned multiple pharmacies and most had not a clue what I was talking about or they didn’t have it in stock. I came across Scott’s IDA Pharmacy online, they were very friendly, they knew exactly what product I needed. They ordered it for me and the next day I could come and pick it up! That is what I call prompt service. Great pharmacy and I like their gift section....

Very rude cashiers, the younger girls have a lot of attitude and very unfriendly. I go in to buy scratch tickets for my grandmother, usually about 20$ worth, I do it fast so I don't hold anyone up and they act like it's the hardest thing in the world to do. They won't even hold it close enough for me to reach! The blond girl and the one with long with the long brown hair are the absolute worst!

This so called "pharmacy" is not worth of any stars. It has poor service, the employees are very rude with no consideration for customers or other people. Snotty attitudes and hasty judgement. My mother went through hell today. They had her crying, stressed and so sick to her stomach, she almost puked. All because they couldn't come to an agreement about important medication. For the people out there, I would recommend choosing a different pharmacy and taking their business somewhere else. Two thumbs down, and I hope they go out of business.

It's a great pharmacy there personable people great attitudes and for how busy they are they are quick to help customers.

The pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist grilled me about why I needed inhalers for my asthma and put it on my file that the pharmacy is no longer allowed to fill my prescriptions for inhalers. Then they tried to charge me after I had given them my benefits card. I had to wait forever for them to fix their mistake. Rude incompetent staff.
