Cashier was extremely rude, I had my mask on but had forgotten to pull it into place. Cashier shoves her hand in my face and with a horrible attitude tells me to get 6’ away from her. Treated me like I had covid and was anti mask, a simple you forgot your mask would have been fine. I looked over at the manager who is sitting there with his mask not covering his nose. Won’t shop there again there are plenty of places to shop in cochrane that treat their customers with respect.
Bought a case of wine, got home and had a problem with one bottle. They rectified the situation for me promptly and with no problems. Nice to do business with you. Sobey's Liquor Cochrane has always been my go to place for liquor in Cochrane. Keep up the good work.
If they are offering something free like a 6 pack of mini tonic water to go along with your Tanqueray Gin they should have it ready to go at the counter… some people forget by the time they get to checkout and the same employee 3 times now did not give me my free tonic water.
I moved to Cochrane Sept 1st and was excited to see all the flyers delivered to my front door. I went to Sobeys for the First and last time in this location. Wine on sale and I wanted to get 2 cases but they were all out and are not getting any more in till after the sale. I asked if they were substituting with a different brand, nope. Nothing else was suggested to me. No rain check, nothing.
Great selection! They have a separate refrigerated room for all th3 beers. They carry a collection of craft, mainstream and foreign beers.! Staff was amazing!
