Worst customer service  in Cochrane. On more than one occasion the young man that works there has been unfriendly, rude and hard to deal with. When asked why I was overcharged for a product that I was supposed to get at sale price he simply but unexcusably said he forgot to change the price!   My Last time dealing with him I had to ask for the free item that was being offered when purchasing a certain brand of beer. He said the free item was not offered because there were none left while he was wearing that free item on his head. They have lost me as a customer.

Terrible service ever! Insulting words! We regret buying several times before. This time they showed their real faces when we decided not to buy. Will never come back. Be careful and stay away. If I could, would give no stars....

I went in after work.   it was 955 ..they close at 10 but I just wanted 2 beers .. was told we are closed .. I showed him my phone ..955pm still said yes nut we are closed. .. terrible service. .I'm always nice when I go in too so weird.
