Always great local choices and decent pricing. Store tends to be clean and the workers are willing to help if you need to find something. I like the fresh options they make by the deli great dips sandwiches and my personal favorite is the seafood options they tend to have stuffed mushrooms and other local options that they made in store. Also as a East coaster it's hard to find salt beef to make jigs dinner and they have it in most cases, only time I had no luck is Christmas probably due to other East coasters going there cause they know they have it.

Day before Christmas Eve, they had extra staff on to handle the huge number of shoppers. They were busy restocking shelves, answering customer questions, smiling, being friendly and helpful. All were wearing at least a Santa hat (which had to be hot), one cashier was dressed as Mrs. Claus! I found everything I needed, even though everyone else was looking for the same things. Asked one staff a question and she found me an answer quickly. When I ran into her 10 minutes later, with a smile, she asked if I found the item I had been looking for! The grumpiest people in the place were the customers, but all the staff were happy and friendly. Dare I say filled with Christmas Spirit? I was dreading the last minute grocery run, but I left the store feeling pretty awesome about it. When does that ever happen? Merry Christmas, Sobey's Lakeland!

Typically grocery store but not a huge store. Easy and quick to find what you are looking for.

This Sobeys is fantastic! I love their produce, and everyone that I've spoken to in any department has been helpful and kind. I also give high points to any grocery store that has a loose fruit bin for kids. Honestly, giving my toddler a banana when we get to the store is beneficial for me and the rest of the store!

Close to home and has more than enough selection for the average shopper. Staff are very friendly and it's one of the few places that actually ask me if I found everything I was looking for.
