Staff friendly and helpful with the exception of the meat department. The supervisor/manager is always abrupt and unhelpful and he has taught his workers that customers come last. Customers are definitely an irritant to this man and he makes it clear that you are bothering him. I no longer even try to buy meat here anymore. I'm writing this review now as the wye rd location is closing. So I will be forced to deal with this department and am hoping he will have an attitude change. All other departments are fantastic and I appreciate you hire people with disabilities. A special shout out to the very helpful ladies in the bakery department, who always go the extra mile. The customer service ladies are also wonderful. Store is always clean and seems well managed and well stocked.
This is a very nice store. My wife and I have shopped at lots of Safeway Stores and this one is great. The store is very clean and the ambiance is great. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the store. Besides the grocery part of the store there is a pharmacy, Starbucks and flower shop. This is a great store in a great location. This is a premium store so its prices are on the high side but there are lots of good sale prices also.
This Safeway has an excellent selection of alternative foods like gluten free and keto friendly. Large, clean, and staff are super friendly. Plus added bonus of sipping a Starbucks while you shop
I love this grocery store but the main reason I'm writing this review is for the Starbucks in the this beloved Safeway. I love this Starbucks. The other day I went in I was a little nervous to order just water but the barista Kristine was so friendly. She was truly so kind. Anyway the water was definitely 5 out of 5. Starbucks if you read this review I just want to say that if you ever charge money for your water I swear I'll have a mental breakdown =. Thanks so much Kristine!!!!
Smaller, but everything I needed was easy to find. Product I like was at hand didn't have to substitute products. Very clean and staff amazing
