I was at the self checkout with my grandmother and I was scanning my items and my grandmother was bagging it. And we didn’t know it was a weighted scale. And this employee I think her name was Desiree came over to us and very rudely in a nasty tone said it was a weighted scale so we could not scan and bag at the same time and she said it multiple times like we were stupid. My grandmother shops there frequently and spends a good amount of money there and she feels that customer service means a lot. So I think you should teach your employees some manners but it really does matter.
Bakery was excellent going above and beyond to remake an order when we had an accident with the first one. The staff was super helpful and understanding and were amazing cheering up my daughter who had been so sad to see her birthday cupcake fall in the car. Thank you for the excellent service, we will be back!
The staff in the bakery were very helpful and had a great attitude. Offered assistance as soon as we entered the bakery area.
Don't care for the layout. It also is not mobility or senior friendly to navigate around. But the isles are nice and wide. It is a nice, very clean store with great variety. Flowers are the best I have seen in all the Sobeys I have been to.
Great selection and the quality of products was excellent.
