Went there to buy a children's birthday cake came in approximately half early for pick up the individual in the bakery had nothing but attitude about the pick up time and the overall cost of an outstanding wow of $70 dollars for a children's cake is outrageous won't be buying any bakery items from there at all ever..

By the time I get home from work in Hamilton they are usually sold out of most “good” meat selections and there is never anyone able to help get what I want in the meat dept after 5pm.

Delicious produce, meat specials are usually quite good weekly, pantry staples a little pricey

Unfortunately sobeys in dunnville I purchased 5 cases of Boost strawberry flavor, plus calories this evening and 2 cases are expired and you can't confirm it see it until case is open. I drink one out 6 and wondering why not tasted terrible so noticed the epiry6date annew what was wrong with it. Returning it tomorrow hopefully with a problem. Signed Denise Henderson.

recently hired a boy on cash that informed us that a package was broken, and we handed back the broken one as it’s not sellable and he then proceeded to charge us for the broken item. thanks sobeys! great hiring!

Get your Campfire wood here!! We were headed down for some camping. Got a call from a friend already at the site to grab wood on the way in. I had just passed a bunch of roadside spots but did not want to backtrack. Seeing the wood stacked there we grabbed some. It was good priced and was DRY!!!

I went to the store today at 9:50 pm to buy very important stuff as it was my first and last visit over there. When we were almost done 10:03 and looking for the rice,we were asked by the manager Dayan that we have to move out. she did not tell us or help us where the rice is. We asked her to wait for us just to find it the respond that we got “ I don’t have to wait for you” she was super rude. This not how the manger is supposed to be. You need to decide what to do with her either she supposed to be kicked out of the store so she can get more experience on how to deal with customer as I know Sobeys is a very big company and this is not the experience that I expect. Or you need to give her a course to teach her basic customer customer service. A report will be sent to the head office.

I normally only buy sale items as their regular prices are so expensive. Since there is almost always a competitor's store nearby you would think they'd make them more competitive but they don't. Check out the prices in the town and/or city before you shop anywhere.
