5 stars for drop off service! I just moved to an apartment with no laundry hookups, working two jobs, two little boys, and a family member in the hospital. I had nothing clean and no time!! JUDY was awesome, beyond my expectations. My linens and clothes were ready, clean, folded, and separated in two hours! I didn't expect my socks to be paired! I did bring my own detergents and the Plaza is super busy. But I highly recommend drop off service for anyone in the Tremont area, Hospital workers, or if you're in a bind. The price was unbeatable for my lack of time.

Clean, very convenient, they sell soap, washers cost 5 dollars and up but they can get a lot done, and dryers are free. The location is very sketchy though, a lot of people stand outside that aren't even using the laundry mat. Otherwise it's great.

Been coming here since I was a little girl, before that my mom & grandma even more family been coming here many years. Very friendly staff and owners are always hands on helping us with our need. Never had any problems. Love this place and will recommend.
