They provide washers and dryers in the apartment building I live in Zion Terrace, they're always broke down, takes you two hours to dry your clothes, the machine takes your money and the company don't even reimburse you . It's been this way in 4yrs. I've been here, This is senior apartments.We don't have money to give away. It's hard too find quarters.with CV19. You have go between the three floors to try getting your laundry done. Try it in a wheelchair.
I have never had the displeasure of working with a company that cares so little about the customers. Our laundry machines have been broken on a weekly basis for years now and the customer service representatives do not even pretend to care while the maintenance workers seemingly care even less. The people who work for this company should feel embarrassed.
Slow to respond to calls for machine maintenance. Laundry costs are higher and wash quality poor. Washers leave lint on clothing, which has not been fixed after repeated calls for service, and washers break down frequently, charging payment cards and then not starting. Repeated issues with washer on my floor with lid not closing properly remain unresolved, even after calls for maintenance.
