What an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and helpful right from my initial enquiry right to when we were dropped back to our hotel. It's evident that the dogs are all so well loved and taken care of. The actual tour itself was an unforgettable experience. Breathtaking views to take in as you rush through the snow, and so many beautiful dogs to pat - What more could you want?

We did a last minute booking just 2 days in advance and they were able to accommodate us. They picked us up from our hotel in Banff and took us here to check in and rent some shoes or pants if needed, and then we got back on the shuttle to go to Spray Valley. We got to play with the dogs who are all so sweet and beautiful. We were told not to pet the ones with the blue bandanas since they're shy. They look very healthy and happy and were very excited to get up and go. We got a short briefing of how to drive a sled including how to go, stop and slow down. You also have to shift your body into a turn and help the dogs out by jumping off the sled and running up the hills if you are able to. If you're going with two people, one person can drive and the other can sit in the sled. You can also drive with two people, one on each side. The route was quite easy and the hills are not really tall at all. The view is beautiful and we got lucky that we went on a sunny day. The snow looked like glistening crystals! The views at the halfway point at the pond were especially beautiful. At the end they had a fire pit and hot apple cider and some snacks to help warm us up while we waited for our shuttle. Definitely an experience of a lifetime!

The service was excellent and the dogs all looked in great shape, I had no concerns about them and I definitely cuddled with every dog I was able to. I was very concerned about going as I had read horror stories about dog abuse, during the "up hills" the person driving gets off and runs/ helps the dogs and they way that it is set up the packs are really working together to pull the sled. Thank you for a great morning :)

Truly an adventure not to miss. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the time of pick up at hotel to the return. The care and love for their dog teams are beyond measure. A must for those with adventure in their heart both young and old. Thank you for the lasting memories.

Fantastic experience with extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide's. Dogs were well taken care of and enjoying their time running in the snow. I highly recommend snowy owl dog sledding to all who would like this once in a lifetime experience.
