Story

It all started with two friends (former business colleagues) who had a crazy idea & a passion for telling stories... So, we bought a flower shop in Elm Grove, rolled up our sleeves and embarked on this awesome journey of sharing amazing birthday, anniversary, get well, 'sorry I screwed up', congratulations, wedding, new baby and 'you'll be missed' designs.

Terrible Customer Service!!!! March 4, 2017 I planned a wedding for two of my great friends. I contacted Denise (owner) and showed her the wedding concept and she sent me the pictures of the boutonnieres that she had done in the past. Day of the wedding within minutes of putting he boutonnieres on the flowers were falling off so had to use double sided tape to get through the ceremony. Emailed the owner the next morning and she didn't reply till March 15 stating that she would refund us money. We never received a refund. Since then (past 2 months) I have sent several emails to owner Denise and she hasn't replied. I have also left message with her staff and she doesn't bother to return calls. They were great to work with but once they have your money they don't care and their product falls apart.

Extremely poor customer service! Went into store to wire flowers to a family member. When calling later in week to inquire why they were not yet received, they told me the incorrect florist at the destination to follow up with. They did not offer to follow up for me. Also, I was also told, rather rudely, that I requested that the flowers not be delivered until the following week. Called again following week and was given the name of another florist at destination to check with on delivery of flowers. Again, they did not offer to follow up! Very poor customer service laced with rudeness! Will never do business with this company again.

These ladies have always done a beautiful job of delivering an exquisite arrangement to my dearest Aunt, who is a nun in Elm Grove. She always raves about the gorgeous addition to the chapel that brightens not only her day, but all the other sisters who pray in the chapel. Today, the staff at Snap Dragon went above and beyond the normal coarse of business when they made a trip back to the convent simply to take a photo of the arrangement after my aunt called the shop and expressed her wish that I (the giver) could see the beautiful flowers. Denise emailed me the photo of my cute Aunt with her arrangement and then my day was made too! I am a lifetime customer of this shop. Keep up the great work you guys!

Great selection, customer service and pricing. They go above and beyond your expectations. You can pick something out that they have but their specialty is designing something that tells a story! So unique!!
