Amazing staff! Their products are so great. Everything from their smoothies to their arrangements are always made fresh (sometimes right in front of you!) and never leave you disappointed. The staff is so friendly and accommodating that they go above and beyond to try and make substitutions or add to your order to specialize it and customize it so that it's "just right" for whatever occasion. I've ordered for multiple events and occasions and will continue to surprise everyone I know with these in the future! Thank you!

I ordered the $99 Peace and Dove bouquet with strawberries dipped in chocolate for pickup. It was gorgeous. I was a little apprehensive seeing the 2.5 star rating but was very very pleased. The bouquet was stunning. The recipient said everything was just delicious. You can see in the pic below that they had already dug into it.

Ordered online the Watermelon Kiwi Summer Daisy with add on of a '1' '0' in pineapple to be picked up at a future date for an employee's 10 year anniversary. Paid online. On the day of pick up, walked in was greeted by a friendly employee who went to grab my order and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Arrangement looked great! Employee said the fruit was delicious!

@Erinne, I'm sorry that you're still having trouble with your order from weeks ago. I have left you several messages which you have not returned, so we are not sure how to proceed. Despite us calling you at 6:30pm to remind you about your pick up we just couldn't stay open any later than 7:05pm that day, which is five minutes past our normal business hours. Your arrangement was made fresh and was still ready to be picked up the day after when we spoke. Corporate followed up several times after we spoke and I left you several messages which you never returned. We still aren't sure if you'd like the refund offered or the full value of your order for future use. We would like to resolve this and give you a chance to try our products as we are sure you will LOVE them and they will WOW you! I can be reached at the store which is the same number you reached me at several times the day after your order, 262-938-3000. Our business hours are 8am-7pm M-F, 9am-5pm Sa, and 8am-1pm Sun, and we can best be reached in between those hours both in person and on the phone. I hope to hear from you soon! Kelsey Store Manager

I just called to find out when my delivery would take place and Kathy was very rude and obnoxious over the phone. I work in customer service and if I treated a customer the way she did I probably wouldn't have a job anymore. I hope my wife likes the arrangement when it does come but I doubt I will ever order from there again. I would like a call from the owner if he gets this review.
