The EasyFIt, a daily fitness monitor, is available to track activity, clorie burn and assistance with exercise programing and diet. We offer Cybex equipment and free weights for your strength training needs. For Cardio fitness we have a varity of cardio training options including Arc trainers, Treadmills, recumbant and upright bikes and a Krank to cross train using upperbody.
