Carmen from Maendel Fitness does an amazing job. She has helped me stay on track and helps keep me accountable with my goals that I have set. She has taught me some different foods that I can switch out that are way more healthy. An example of one is that I switched to ground turkey instead of ground beef when possible, and even my picky kids like it. I have learned new exercises that incorporates weight lifting.  Carmen makes sure you are using proper form and safe lifting techniques. I love the opportunity to work one on one and get some personal training. She has a variety of exercise equipment which is really nice. I would recommend Maendel Fitness to anyone looking to lose weight and become more healthy. Carmen cares about her clients and will help you meet your goals.

What sets this fitness company apart is the fact that Carmen really cares about her clients! She truly focuses on each persons individual goals and takes the time to help them achieve them! From exercise to healthy eating habits, she covers all the bases for an overall healthy lifestyle change and encourages you every step of the way! I highly recommend Maendel Fitness :)

Carmen with Maendel Fitness has been very inspirational to me. I have learned a great deal about form when lifting weights, how carb cycling works, why goals are so important as well as, It's ok if you don't have a perfect week.  I have been motivated to fulfill my goals and would highly recommend Maendel Fitness to anyone who is looking to get fit. The small class size has been very nice along with semi private fitness training.
