The addition allows for more equipment, it is never crowded when I go, it is open, clean, conveniently located, there is a training room with free video instruction, many class offerings, and management is friendly.

I visited the Chagrin Snap Fitness when I was in the area.  It's a great space - clean, excellent equipment and the folks working there were very friendly.

Perfect combination of strength and cardio equipment.  Plus the staff is very proactive and always offers help with my goals.  Recently tried a Bootcamp and it was one of the best I've been through...thanks Jason!
