Activtrax is great. A Web based personal trainer and nutrition tracking system. Prints you a custom workouts every visit. Friendly, clean, lots of new equipment with no waiting. They don't pressure you to buy so stop in and check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Fitness plus is a super clean , fun and friendly facility. With all the top-of-the-line equipment a fitness enthusiast could ask for and more !

I've worked out for a long time. I like that there is an all womens exercise floor. You never have to wait for equipment, its great. The Extreme Pump class is a great group exercise class if your looking for that extra motivation. It combines Strength training and Cardiovascular in one class. I recommend visiting The Gym. I like they have tanning and red light therapy beds as well. I can get everything done in one stop.

Great place to workout. Clean friendly environment with lots of nice equipment. I recommend The Gym to anyone in and around the Middlefield area.
