Had a mixed experience here. I got the Reuben, and it was indeed very good. My sandwich took slightly longer than normal to make so I was brought a free cookie, which was a very nice gesture. Nonetheless, I can't help but get a little bit frustrated with the pricing. The Reuben according to the menu out front clearly says it should cost around $10, yet my friends and I were charged over $16 each. When asking about the difference in price we sort of got the idea that the extra dollars were due to the order including fries... yet to compound that, the machine used to bake the fries was out of order for the day. The sandwich was very good, but $16 for any sandwich is always going to be questionable, let alone when you believe you were mischarged unjustly. With all this being said I would in the end recommend this bistro - just make sure you and the workers are on the same page regarding the prices.

I’ve eaten here 20+ times and it has always been excellent. The flavours really stand above the ubiquitous burger and fries that many other village restaurants focus on. My favourite is the Reuben with kimchi. And I find prices to be quite reasonable, considering the average prices at surrounding restaurants.

You have to get the chicken schwarma sandwich here. The homemade taziki sauce is delicious! Great place to grab lunch in between runs on the mountain.

My wife and I went this morning for breakfast. We each took the Bon Matin, which is 2 eggs, bacon, tomato, croissant, fruits, coffee and smoothie. While the menu says “coffee and smoothie” we were told that it’s one of the two - fair enough, we didn’t think that much of it. Then we received the food, and the menu should have said “fruit” not “fruits”, there was literally only 1 single slice of orange in the plate. That was it for the fruits. We had not received the croissant, so I asked the waiter for it. He asked if I wanted to order one, and I pointed that it was included on the menu. We had ordered 2 Bon Matin so I expected 2 croissants, but he only came with 1 that was cut into 2 half, and said “he are your 2 croissant servings”. The food was ok (hard to mess eggs anyway), but they are super cheap on the servings.
