They did it all, excellent guided tour of Beijing. Polite, great attention to detail, will use them anytime I return to Asia. They asked us what we wanted to do...above the usual, The Great Wall, Forbidden City, for me -Tiananmen Square, since there were only four of us we all got our bucket list of Beijing done! Very beautiful city, 'Birds Nest' unbelievable in person.
SNA is a class act company. I booked a deal on Living Social and was apprehensive as the price was outstanding. The deal appeared to be "too good to be true." I was so pleasantly surprised and amazed at the customer service support received prior to the trip by Michelle and Jesse and our tour guides in China who were Tony and Iris. The flights were terrific with great seats, the destination pick up easy and the tour buses were excellent. The hotels were outstanding 4 and 5 star and the meals were good. I absolutely loved everything about this tour. The tour guides were outstanding. In Beijing, Tony provided excellent historic and cultural information as well as his own perspective from his personal life and family. In Shanghai, Iris provided the perspective of a young Chinese woman and even sang some Chinese Opera to us on the bus. I HIGHLY recommend SNA tours. They provided an exceptional experience!
Picking the right tour operator is like choosing a new hair stylist, do I want the Doc Brown look [ Back to the future ] or maybe the Cate Blanchett look. There are infact a multitude of choices. Jennifer and I both agree that for use China was our best holiday yet, and for use to agree is as rare as rocking house manure. We expected a van, but what was delivered was this enormous truck loaded with memories and experiences, I can only describe it as if a car lover was expecting a tractor and ended up with a Ferrari. The people, the places, the food, was all outstanding.The peak was to be the Great Wall or the Terracotta Warriors, instead every day had a story to tell. This was a holiday with the WOW FACTOR. Put this at the bottom of your bucket list, I say the bottom because everything else may be second best. There is a lot of thought and organizing been put into this tour only a fool would miss it.
