Smoker's Choice

Prices good..cigarettes bad. Bought our regular brand. When we got home found out that packaging was slightly different, cigarettes were stale, harsh and tasteless, loosely packed. They wouldn't stay lit. Completely unsmokable in our opinion. Could not reach store by phone to complain. Be very careful when you purchase same brands. Look for off colour

So I shop here frequently have for many years love the staff there. However as of today I won't shop at this location anymore I travel a great distance and spend anywhere from 300 to 5 not just on smokes but products as well, whoever the staff member was I dealt with today is not one I'm familiar with she was incredibly ignorant and rude. I have children that need to be looked after and travel over an hour to shop to be told for the first time in years it's too bad whether they have what I need back in stock or not I'll have to come see for myself. No thank you sorry super rude wasted gas if you do not have it and plain unnecessary, unprofessional and ignorant. Super disappointed in how I was treated and I won't shop at this location again if you ok with me wasting gas money that could provide for my home for a senseless drive I'm not ok with giving my money thanks!

Dont go here. They offer no discount and price is expensive compared to other shops. Go rite a cross to wolf den cheaper and offer box discount and 24hrs

Not so friendly of staff, clean atmosphere, I would likely shop there more often If they were more hospitable, atleast smile from time to time. Everywhere else does that and the service that o would have received would make a difference!

I have never had a problem this staff. They are friendly, helpful. I was in buying my items yesterday & I saw a "Karen" for the first time. This customer was so rude. The had more patience then I would have! They tried to explain the rules of the store, but this "Karen" thought she was right! I was standing there holding my item & I'm sure my mouth was dropping open The girls handled it perfectly! 5 stars to them!

Unbelievably rude attendant behind the counter who has no business working in a customer facing role. Owner should be ashamed.

Best shop out there has a variety of smokes at great prices!!!! Definetly worth going out of your way for i gothere every month from niagara just to check it out love it there great customer service and great product!!!
