When our pup Bailey was diagnosed with heart worm we took her to the vet. She was so wonderful throughout the process. She walked us through the treatment and answered our questions and emails along the way. We were so distraught and he really paid us personal attention and it meant so much
We just moved here and the day after we got here we had to bring my old friend in because he wasn’t well. We got very bad news and the staff was so caring and wonderful with us and him. It honestly felt like they had been our vet for his whole Life the way they treated us

Absolute joke, of a vet, your dog can come in for allergies, and they will tell you it needs open heart surgery "just in case" I understand that vets are a business but these people are ridiculous, they will never find the simple solution first they will always make you go the long expensive way, ask around before you go here, you will here tons of similar stories
I want to thank the staff of Smith Falls veterinary practice and Dr Amelia Garnett for squeezing my cat, Buddy, in their busy schedule. Buddy is 17 y/o and devloped respiratory difficulty while at our island cottage. I was anxious with the weekend approaching, the distance from island to a veterinarian and that we were not established with practice in Canada. They offered an appointment for the following morning. They treated us with concern, kindness and professionalism. Buddy is now on the mend. I am truly grateful.
Smith's Falls Vet. helped me through a very sad and difficult day . I had to say my final goodbye to my dear old rottie 'Chili' . They very kindly came out to my car and sedated her ..... Waited till she fell asleep in my arms ... then helped her to go over the ' rainbow bridge '. She had no pain no stress ... just peace. Gone to play with 14 generation's of her family. The last of my lines. Her last car ride . Thank so very much to the staff of Smith's Falls Vet for making this last journey so much easier to handle, Warmest regards Lyla Johnston
