We had Smith Peat Roofing put a roof on our cottage in Grand Bend. They promised to repair the rotten underside at the time of the repair. Now, three years later, the area remains untouched. The repair was never done as Smith Peat cites a shortage of local carpenters to conduct the work. I do not feel that they stand behind their work and their customer service is beyond deplorable.

We had Smith Peat re-roof our house which included a large flat roof section. The pricing was fair and competitive and the installation crew was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them for residential roofing.
