We just built a new house and the entire Durand team has been outstanding - quality of workmanship, customer service, responsiveness, knowledge and flexibility, all outstanding. Happy to highly recommend!

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was kept in contact regarding when and which services were coming to work on my renovation so that I could keep other trades up to date. The staff were professional, friendly and informative and tidy. They were flexible and made suggestions since sometimes my wants outstretched reality. The work and finishing were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, just wished I had used them on other previous renovations. Thank you Durand Heating and Cooling on a job very well done.

They have always helped me with whatever project I have been working on in a timely manner. Their staff are professional and explain what they have done and always leave the area they are working in and around in a very tidy state. I can happily recommend their services.

Never showed up for the appointment I scheduled for maintenance on my gas stove. After waiting 5 hrs and realizing he wasn’t showing up I gave up.nnUpdate: my furnace just broke and it’s Durands brand they specialize in, so Ive called them in to hopefully make it up to me. The owner showed up in 5 min. apologized for past no show and had reasonable excuse. He definitely knew what he was doing, and was quick and courteous.

I called 4 companies on a Saturday moring, for an emergency service call. I called Durand last and they were the first to respond with in 5 mins of calling. Kevin came within the hour and was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help us in in our time of need. I Would highly suggest Durand and will be using them for all of my future calls.
