This company employs allot of subcontractors and their service manager has no professionalism nor understanding of customer service . When I was shopping at Bureau en Gros Staples in Quebec , the service electrician was not polite and said an unpleasant comment while I was shopping . I reported the issue to the store manager and we also filed a complaint with Staples Head office . STAY AWAY
