When it comes to any major work done on our home I will only work with people who not only have the technical aptitude to get the job done but also the customer service and communication skills to ensure we are all on the same page. I could tell right away that Platinum was the company for us when we wanted to install a backup generator. Everyone from Mahtab communicating with us throughout the process, Mark and his attention to detail providing the quote, and finally Cory and Anthony who led a seamless installation and really impressed me not only with their expertise, but also how friendly and sincere they both were while the installation happened. Our house was so untouched when they left and the wiring was done so well and clean that I barely noticed the difference in our basement until I really looked closely. Every team member knew their role and did their job extremely effectively, despite dealing with rain all day. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for electrical work. On top of all of this, we were preparing for a large outdoor event at our house and the team was super flexible to work around our schedule and had everything up and running by 1pm, just like they had suggested when installation began. That is not easy to do when you have dependencies on the electrical company and ESA approval. This really made my day as I had so many other things to take care of and a 2 year old that would be home by 5, so it was important to find a company that gets the job done right and on time. Super impressed from with everyone I interacted with during the process!
We have had the 14kW Generac Guardian generator for over two months now and are completely satisfied both with the product and with Platinum. Every person we have been in contact with at Platinum were very professional, courteous and efficient, from the estimator, through the office staff for scheduling and payments, to the installers. We were consulted and kept informed throughout the process and all the promises and agreements were kept. Highly recommended!

Thanks Dave for all your hard work during the 2022 pre Christmas blizzard. My Generac generator shut down because the wind was blowing so hard it was sucked in to the air inlet and blocked the air filter with ice which shut the generator off. I found this disappointing because the power was already out. All that said Dave came to the rescue and it was up and running in a few hours. Thanks again Dave!
I currently own a home standby unit by Generac 10kw. I needed to get some professional advice on a situation I'm having with it. I used google to find an authorized installer and Platinum Electrical Contractors came up with a very high review rating, so I called, and from the reception person to the call back from Adam who not only took the time but he also help me sort out the issue. From start to finish the purchase and installation of our Generac was a seamless and highly professional process. We can't say enough about Ryan Cecile and Akkad Slewa whose work ethic and personal professionalism was displayed throughout a long and hot day. Their work was impeccable and of obvious high standards and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recently purchased and had a Generac back up generator install through Platinum Electrical. The service level right through from the initial quote through the after service has been truly amazing! The planning and coordinating required so many details with Hydro, trenching, electrical, set up etc. Mark and Mahtab were so attentive, thoughtful and accurate in everything they committed to. Every service provider can take some lessons from this team! They made the entire process so easy. Mark and his team took all the stress out of getting our new generator installed. The initial site survey, coordinating all the involved utilities and inspections, the installation and all the paperwork behind the scenes, all were handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Extra speical shout out to the installation team that got our unit installed in the pouring rain and during an actual power outage! Platinum Electrical managed the installation of our generator very well indeed. Mark took the time to fully explain the considerations regarding choice and placement of the unit. Later, he was understanding and helpful when we wanted to change the location due to an arborist’s concern about trenching in a tree’s root zone. Any emailed questions he answered swiftly and completely. It was apparent from the start on installation day that we were in good hands. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and tidy. At the end of a long day, the electrician demonstrated and described the generator’s workings in detail and answered our questions. Each week when the self-diagnostic runs, I remember Platinum for their unquestionable competence and for being a pleasure to deal with.
