Billing is out of this world. We leave with a zero balance with nothing owing and was told no new charges only to come back next time to a $300+  Bill. That was the first time next time same thing with the billing. 
    Also the work has not been great, I had coatings put on over sensitive areas only to have them fall off over the next few days. It goes on and on, I've also over heard people at work having the same problem.

  There are 7 of us looking for a new dentist who can do good work and who also knows how to bill properly and treat costumers fairly.

If there were negative stars it would be a -5!!!

Stay away! Dentist office should not be open anymore. Only dental work I’ve had done had to be repaired as fillings fell out and left with sand paper texture on my teeth. Along with outrageous bills with no explanation, when asked for my dental record was refused until Alberta dental association was involved.

Horrible experiences from my entire family! She over tooled my 12year molars and placed large fillings leading to them needing to be extracted. Fillings fell out within 2 years. Always over stretched my jaw and cracked the corners of my lips. She had a student working on my mom's front tooth that had a root canal, my mom felt her crack the tooth when repairing a crown. Dr Jinna denied that it happened, did not take xrays to make sure. This led to chronic infections of my mom's jaw and a full extraction by a much better dentist within a few years. Improperly placed implants, and regularly over charging, double charging and lied about the full cost of procedure. Billing is atrocious, almost fraudulent.

This Smile-Makers location is fraudulent in their activities, this includes the dental work done, and the billing conducted. They overcharge and double charge for things. This also includes not checking for insurance coverage before performing very expensive procedures. This malpractice is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. They have lost a family of 7 customers due to the malpractice and fraudulent activities present.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jinnah and her staff for the past 5 years. In that time I have received a wide variety of treatments including fillings, crowns, caps, cleanings, and even an emergency repair. I moved over to Smilemakers and Dr. Jinnah after being with my previous dentist for 15 years. I am a scientist by background and do my own research, including research on any dental work my dentist recommends. Dr. Jinnah knows what she is doing. She keeps up,to date on Treatment methods and most of all she is able to clearly explain the issue and the reasoning behind her corresponding treatment method.  I highly recommend Smilemakers and Dr. Jinnah for any age group and any dental treatment procedure.
