The staff are incredibly friendly. The dentists are the best. Dr. Travis Elliot is the most knowledgeable dentist we’ve seen! We drove all the way from Calgary to see him! I honestly can’t say anything other than our entire experience with this clinic from our initial phone call through to when we left our appointment was an exemplary show of kindness. They are truly professionals that care about their job and their patients.

Have seen Dr. Brooke Karach for many years at Ross Creek and has always taken excellent care of my teeth. His work is always top notch. Front staff and his dental assistants are friendly. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Karach is incredible and made my 5 year old daughter completely comfortable and not even concerned for on second during a small root canal and cavity fix. They know just how to talk to children and make them feel comfortable. She loves the dentist and is always excited to go back; even after having dental work done. This is only because they go above and beyond. We are so thankful for their excellent care.

Dr. Karach and all the staff there are absolutely amazing! My family and I have all gone in a few times and each time we are treated so well! I recently had some anxiety about getting a couple fillings repaired and they made the process so easy. Dr. Karach even called the next day to see how I was doing. My 5yr old loves going to the dentist now!

Been going here since 2008 when I get braces in highschool. I have had all my cleaning and checkups as well as fillings and wisdom teeth done here. Dr. Karach is very skilled and friendly and I cannot recommend him and his team enough. All of my family members have switched here based on my recommendations and their own experiences. Keep up the great work!

Horrible front desk service. No understanding regarding a child missing their appointment and get told if you don’t come to the next appointment they will not be welcome back in a very rude tone. I was blown away by this and it was over a year ago the appointment was missed due to COVID. Will never return their again due to horrible customer service by the front desk!!! No one should ever be talked to like that.

Dr. Travis Elliott is incredible and the staff here are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had a great experience here!
