If you book an appointment they will still take two appts ahead of you and make you wait. I was told this is the policy. I arrived 10 mins early.... I understand the walk in process so the person that was started just before I walked up should be served; BUT booking someone after that and before a booked appointment is WRONG.... they just lost a customer. I would not have booked if I had time to wait until they felt they had time. it was only a cut and wash. REALLY missy.......... you suck
I would like to note that the young lady that permed my hair the first time did an amazing job. she listened to my wishes and carried them out to a T. however the next time, she did not as she was ordered to be on a business call with her boss and left the perm on too long and now it is frizzy. I would appreciate a call from management at head office level thank you.

I walked in with a shoulder length bob with long layers and walked out with a lesbian mullet! I told her that I didn't want anything taken off the length because I am growing it out, she asked if I wanted layers I said "maybe just long layers, I want to keep as much length as possible because I am growing it out. I just need it cleaned up a little so that it will hang better as I have been cutting it myself since I want to take off as little as possible." Please explain to me how she heard "cut all of the hair on the top of my head down to 3 inches, leave it long in the back and cut it shorter in the front, thin it out in the front so there's no bulk left and make the layers shorter on one side than the other.".
I feel like screaming and crying at the same time. It will take 2 years to undo the damage that she did in 5 minutes.
