I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have had my hair cut here about 4 times, and 2 of them were bad. The second bad haircut was the worst hair cut of my life, and I will never go back to this "salon". Once, my hair ended up shorter on one side. Another time, the "stylist" kept asking to trim my bangs (which I was trying to grow out) and wouldn't take no for an answer. I said no about 5 times, but she wouldn't let it go. She said she'd just trim it "a little bit" since I was trying to grow it out, and since she wouldn't take no for an answer, I let her do it. She cut off an inch of hair. She made them so short, I basically had to start growing them out all over again. The absolute worst hair cut I've ever had in my life was at this salon. I made the mistake of asking for a pixie cut. If the "stylist" didn't know how to do one, she should have said so. It actually looked ok when she was finished cutting it the first time, but then she kept cutting, and cutting, and cutting. She would start on one side of the back of my head and cut all the way to the other side. Then she'd go back and do it again. And again. And again. She cut my hair a total of about 7 times. It looked like one of those hats that pharoahs in Egypt wore, by the time she was done. As I walked out of the salon, I wanted to put a bag over my head. I was so embarrassed. But there was nothing I could do, because it was so short. I couldn't get it cut again, or I would have had nothing left.

I've had my hair done here multiples times and always loved it. However, last time I went the girl who always did my hair wasn't available so I went with another lady. No big deal, I don't get anything complicated done, just a simple dye, trim, blow dry and style. Well, the cut and style were fine, but the dye job, OH MY GOD. Now I get my hair dyed black which I know can be a bit messy and hard to avoid the odd stain here and there. This lady I kid you not got it ALL OVER MY FACE. She took the brush and was wiping it all over my neck, not sure what she was trying to do, dye my neck hairs? And dyed my side burns to the point I had to shave them off later they looked so bad. Now when I was all done and looked in the mirror I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see how much of a mess she made, however I stepped out and my mom literally said to me "you are covered in dye, why did she let you leave like that?!" Went to shoppers drug mart to buy something to take it off, the lady at the cosmetics counter was SO sweet, she took the majority of it off for me. She also commented on how much dye was left on me and couldn't believe the hair dresser let me leave the salon like that. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there.

The staff is friendly and I was comfortable there. I received a dramatic cut going form long to short. However the cut itself looks unprofessional and unfinished. I left the salon with wet hair and when it dried it just looked awful. I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to have it fixed. I won't tell people not to go this salon but I know I won't be back. Sorry guys.

The girls know their stuff! I'm always blown away every time, feeling amazing! I will go without a haircut for a while before using another salon. Best styles at the best prices!!!!
