My daughter's first salon experience. Went amazing. She wanted a big chop, and she got exactly what she asked for. The stylist was so kind, friendly and did a beautiful job. We will be returning with our other kids as well.

Went to get my eyebrows waxed yesterday and the lady burnt the skin off my face!!!! I went back today to talk to the manager and all she could say to me about it was oh ok. Didn't offer to reimburse me or nothing didn't want to do anything about burning the skin off my face!!! They did not care at all about it and didn't want to do anything at all to resolve the problem!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! They have no clue on how to deal with customers!  Now I have to walk around in pain and with my face messed up!!!! Took a layer of skin off and is swollen!!Service:&nbsp;Waxing

I just love these Ladies!! They always do exactly what I want. They give good advice as to if a style fits your face or something else would compliment you. They are always up to date on the latest colours and styles. They are friendly knowledgeable professional Stylists. Hillary does my hair and I always leave her chair feeling great about myself. Best Salon I've found in town. It's always a bonus it's located in Walmart so I can get my shopping done and my hair done 1 store none of Orillias pot holes on every street in town!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Megan, this was my first time going to her. I am so happy with my highlights and root colour, first time in my life that I have the exact colour of blonde I was looking for. Super friendly and talented  staff! I just cut 7”+ and was so nervous but Meghan did an amazing job and I absolutely love my new hair ! Highly recommend!!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Update : When first leaving the salon I was pleased with the cut. I had my hair up for a few days but after washing it and straightening it today I realized how CHOPPED it is. I had asked for no layers and my hair is completely uneven now, random layers and one side is longer than the other. I feel bad because the girl that cut my hair was really really nice. I’m sorry. The blow out was good. I’d use their service again for a style but not a cut.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
