I love this store! The employees are always very knowledgeable in helping you find the right products. Just tried the lunishine to tone my hair and i love it! It smells so nice and my hair is still shiny and healthy plus i got a beautiful blonde colour
Hair done hairdresser is very amazing and personality plus.
If anyone is looking for an amazing place to get their hair done, I highly recommend going to BSO! All of the staff there are extremely kind hearted and friendly. It is clean, organized and overall a positive environment. Leanna Duncan has been doing my hair for a couple of years now, and she kills it every time. She is so genuine and honest with all of her clients. She is very talented and passionate in what she does. She has amazing recommendations on what to do with your hair, but will also ask what you prefer and does everything she can to ensure her clients are comfortable and happy with their service.

I never leave disappointed when I go into this store. The staff are so very friendly, knowledgeable and just down right great to talk to. They always say 'Hi how are you?' when you walk through the doors, and always ask if you need help. They know their products and which ones will work with your hair and they are open to showing you new items they got in. I get most of my products and styling tools here and that won't change. Thanks ladies! :

Everyone was so nice and the girl who did my hair was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job of my hair. Beautiful ivory foil highlights with a chocolate brown panel at the back on the bottom, I love it so much. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this place. Refer people to this salon. I will also definitely be back again!!
My first time going in, i was specifically going in for a wet comb for my daughters hair and after asking for help to find it, i also asked if they carry any detangling spray by chance. I bought both things but found the paul mitchell detangling spray on the expensive side $15.99. Mind you the bottle is huge and this stuff really works. The staff was friendly and helpful.
